NEWTON, NC - Tony W. Wolfe, President and Chief Executive Officer of Peoples Bank has announced the promotion of the following banking associates to the position of Bank Officer: Amber Hoyle, Suzanne Blackwell, Mary MacDonald, Deborah Pruitt, Meghan Smith, Patty Blackwell, Bobbie Miller, Julie Davis, Melissa Mason, Diana Young, Adam Turbyfill, Sharlee Boyte, Kim Ratteerree, Natalie Rees, Tandra Wilkinson, Norma Avendano, and Maria Hoyos.
Amber Hoyle joined the Bank as an On-call Teller in 2003 and currently serves as Service Center Specialist upon transferring to the Service Center when it opened in 2005.
Suzanne Blackwell joined Peoples Bank in February 2007 as a Mortgage Loan Originator for the Denver area.
Mary MacDonald joined the Company in August 2009 as a Mortgage Loan Originator serving the Lake Norman area.
Deborah Pruitt joined Peoples Bank in August 2009 as a Mortgage Loan Originator and provides coverage in the Eastern Catawba County area. Meghan Smith also joined the Bank in 2009 as a Mortgage Loan Originator representing the Lincolnton market.
Vicki Whitmoyer joined Peoples Bank in 2007 in her current position of Customer Relationship Manager for the Mooresville Business Center. Patty Blackwell joined the Company in 2001 as Customer Service and Sales Representative at the Lincolnton Office. In 2009 she was promoted to Customer Relationship Manager at the Triangle Office. Bobbie Miller joined Peoples Bank in 2005 in her current position of Customer Relationship Manager in the Newton Business Center.
Julie Davis joined the Company in 1998 and served as Teller and subsequently Senior Teller at the Viewmont Office in Hickory. In August 2000 she was promoted to Customer Service Representative and then to Customer Service and Sales Representative at the Bank’s Springs Road Office in 2003. In October 2007 she was promoted to her current position as Customer Relationship Manager at the Springs Road Office.
Melissa Mason began her employment with Peoples Bank as a Teller in May 2001 at the Catawba Office. In 2002 she transferred to the Catawba Valley Boulevard Office as a Teller and Customer Service Representative and in 2004 assumed the Teller Supervisor position at this office. She was promoted to her present position of Customer Relationship Manager at the Catawba Valley Boulevard Office in 2008.
Diana Young began her employment with the Bank in 2008 as a Business Development Officer and is assigned to the Mooresville and Mooresville/Gateway locations.
Adam Turbyfill joined Peoples Bank in 2006 as a Business Development Officer and serves in this capacity at the Triangle Office.
Sharlee Boyte was employed by Peoples Bank in 2006 as a Loan Officer Assistant and is located at the Cornelius Business Center. Kim Ratteerree joined the Company in 2006 and is currently serving as a Loan Officer Assistant located at the Denver Loan Production Office.
Natalie Rees joined Peoples Bank in 2002 as a Credit Administration Assistant. In 2008 she was promoted to Level II Credit Administration Assistant.
Tandra Wilkinson joined the Bank in 2008 as a Loan Officer Assistant at the Mooresville Office. She was subsequently promoted to her current position as Loan Operations Coordinator at the Company’s corporate center.
Norma Avendano joined Banco de la Gente, a division of Peoples Bank, in 2007 as the Business Center Manager for the Raleigh Office. She now serves as the Business Center Manager in Monroe.
Maria Hoyos joined the Bank in 2007 as a Service Specialist and presently is the Business Center Manager at Banco de la Gente in Raleigh.
