Fire / Police : Iron Station Man Charged in Shooting

STAFF REPORTS

IRON STATION - On 03-06-2010 officers responded to Branton Drive in Iron Station after James Childers reported he had been shot by William Francis. He was transported to Carolinas Medical Center in Charlotte. Deputies Bruce White, Moratio Sing and Glenn Cannon made entry into Francis’ residence and arrested him.



Detective Sally Dellinger charged Francis with assault with a deadly weapon with intent to kill inflicting serious injury. His secured bond was set at$50,000.00 and had his first appearance in court on 03-08-2010.
