Fire / Police : Lincoln Sheriff’s Office Looking for Tips on Carjacking

STAFF REPORTS

DENVER, NC - On Tuesday 3/02/2010 at around 1PM an attempted carjacking was reported on Walts Way in Denver. The victim reported that while she was near Hager’s Ferry Road a suspect dressed in black approached her vehicle.

When she saw him, the victim drove away from the area and called 911. Officers with the Lincoln County Sheriffs Department arrived at the scene and began a search of the area.



The suspect was not located. If anyone has any information regarding this incident please contact Crime stoppers at 704-736-8909.

Callers could receive a reward up to $1,000 dollars.
